In order to comprehensively understand the level of professional skills of each position, the practical ability to operate, inspection efficiency, to create an atmosphere for employees to learn skills, to cultivate the staff “quality craftsman” spirit, to motivate employees to strive to improve their professionalism, the formation of a “more than, to learn, to catch up, to help, to exceed” good atmosphere.
